PAYMENT

When purchasing items from CircleAStore.com, you must enter full and correct payment details. You must also be the person referred to in the billing information, or be given permission by the person named. 
CircleAStore.com reserves the right to send information to relevant third parties to verify credit information or obtain authorization. All transactions are processed in USD.

DISPATCH

Please allow 10 business days from the time of purchase for goods to be dispatched. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Supply may be a factor of order delays. If the item is back-ordered, you will receive an email notifying you of the projected fulfillment date.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

This service takes up to 14 WORKING DAYS from dispatch to the country of destination. For remote areas please allow 2 days for out of area deliveries. From September through till March delays may occur. This is not isolated to our shipping service, but is an internationally recognized period where all postal services experience delays due to the volume of deliveries. International orders may be subject to local country import taxes and duties. For information, please contact your local customs authority. Any such taxes are the responsibility of the parcel recipient and are not paid by CircleAStore.com.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

Shipping cost is determined by weight and size. To find out the shipping charges that apply to you, simply add the items to your shopping cart checkout where the full cost will be calculated and displayed before you make any payment.

CURRENCY, TAXES AND DUTIES

CircleAStore.com is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged to you as the receiver.
